We are located at the crossroads of I-94, US-127 and M-50.
We are unique in that besides the businesses already prospering in our DDA, there are about 150 acres of green space available for additional retail and commercial development.
Our local airport, Reynolds Municipal Airport, is included in our LDFA. There are about 80 acres available for development at the airport. The LDFA also owns 80 acres of available green space for new construction.
